If you have any kind of stress, worry or overwhelm, you can probably identify the cause falls into one of 3 categories:
- People problems
- Business problems
- Health problems
and each of these 3 areas lead to one or more of any of the outlying items shown in the graphic below.
It's also not uncommon for these problems to be multiple and interlinked and even linear, in that say a people problem can lead to a business problem and then lead to health problems.

As often said, "to change some things in your life, you need to change some things in your life!"
